- General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and
conditions apply for bookings made via the Pension Wildental
Online Reservation System - you accept our
terms and conditions .
Rooms - booking:
After recieve of your
booking, we check if the wished rooms are available and
contact´you via email. To book the rooms
binding, you need to make a deposit to our bank
account - we send seperate mail with sum and account dates.
With the receipt of your deposit, your
booking is binding accepted.
Liability:
for malicious destruction the lodger is liable for
damages. He is engaged to use the rooms with necessary
carefulness. The landlord is not liable for damage of the
lodgers or his property. The hotel bill has to be payed cash
at departure.
Legal notices
Pension Wildental shall not be held responsible for disputes
arising at the hotel regarding the greeting, level of
comfort, rates, availability, quality of the product and
services.
Arrival / Departure
/ Payment
The check in at the arrival day has to be till 07.00 pm.
The departure has to be till 10.00 o´clock am. We accept
just cash ( Euro) - sorry we do
not accept credit cards.
Reservation
Modification
Any modification on the reservation is free of charge. It is
possible we require you to make an advanced deposit. This
will be clearly communicated to you during the reservation
process.
Cancellation:
Cancellation is just possible written.
Charge of cancellation:
till 45 days before check in: 30 percent of
bill.
till 14 days before check in: 50 percent of
bill.
less than 7 days before check in: 90 percent
of bill.
Your confirmed booking
constitutes a legal contract which requires you to pay for
the reserved accommodation in the event of curtailment of
your holiday.

53, Salzburg, Austria. Registered Chamber of economic
chamber. Both parties agree that this contract is subject to
Austrian laws.
